There is nowhere in England more important to the contemporary game of Rugby than Twickenham Stadium. The Museum Of Rugby is the ultimate experience for the world rugby enthusiast – and the Twickenham tours give you backstage access to this hallowed turf.

This London rugby stadium museum first opened its doors in 1996 and takes visitors through the history of the sport from its origins (in the eponymous English public school) to the present day. With the largest collection of rugby memorabilia in the world, the museum gives a unique insight into this magnificent sport.

The Twickenham tours take you all round this building, home to both victory and crushing defeat for the English side; visitors can also get into the England dressing room before running out of the player’s tunnel – an experience not to missed for fans of the game and another unusual sightseeing tour available to London Pass holders.

Leaving regularly from The Rugby Store every day from Tuesday to Sunday (depending on matches), Twickenham tours are taken by trained, enthusiastic guides who tell the story of the game as well as giving behind the scenes stories and anecdotes. Booking is advised to ensure availability.

If you enjoy the Twickenham Stadium Tours and Museum Of Rugby why not consider a trip to two other London sporting attractions? Chelsea Stadium tours and tours of Wimbledon Tennis Club are available free to London Pass holders.
